Recognised as an innovator and leader in the delivery of IT services for the exhibition industry, Eforce specialises in providing total broadband internet and telephone solutions for events taking place at EC&O Venues.

The infrastructure of the Eforce network at Earls Court, Olympia and the Brewery is a multi core design, with a resilient infrastructure of 210Mb and beyond.

Our external communications are routed to two separate locations, enabling us to provide a continuous service should one link fail. Eforce are the only exhibition internet service provider that has this capability in the UK.

Eforce has a dedicated on-site monitoring centre and support team who can assist with any internet/IT related issues that exhibitors and organisers may have.

We have recently expanded our range of services to include the hire, supply, installation and support of laptops,Touch screen kiosks (with or without wired or wireless broadband internet connections) and plasma screens to both exhibitors and organisers.

How it works

Equipment hire is based on the duration of an exhibition, to a maximum of seven days, with technical support staff delivering and installing it at the beginning of the exhibition and collecting it at the end. Any last minute requirements can be dealt with immediately as we have stocks of equipment stored at the venues. Technical support is provided by engineers qualified in all aspects of networking and PC support, including connectivity.

Our helpdesk telephone line is manned continuously during the build up and open periods and as our technical teams are based at both Earls Court and Olympia we are able to respond to any problems within minutes of notification.

We have recently introduced free standing internet surfing kiosks with broadband internet connections, which can help our clients develop new and exciting ways to encourage visitors onto their stands or can be set up as Internet Café type work stations creating a work/rest and surf area in a casual atmosphere.
